WORKING WITH KIM:
I met Kim Hughes thru The Charlotte Leadership Team in early 2009. Kim came to me with all her ideas to completely redo the marketing and branding of 704events.com. In developing her new look I got to know Kim, she has motivation in recreating this online resource as a new way for people to get connected to events and companies in Charlotte.

Her graphics were fun to create, getting to use the skyline was rewarding for a Charlottean. When I created her blog cards I started to carry on the design, they are handed out at her events when she takes your photo. Kim became inspired by my idea to print the 704 stickers which she also hands out at sponsored events for fans. Look for them around town.

Recently I also helped Kim with signs and postcard designs for her charity event to raise money for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. The events were a huge success and Kim definitely hit her goal.

Currently, 704events.com is at the highest level of usage to date. There is a buzz about the blog and it has helped Kim further support her clients by attending each promoted event and blogging about it. We are working now on her media kit for 2010.
